Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver the Product/s to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout within 14 working days.

We shall notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date. However, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from the late delivery.

Upon delivery of the Product/s, you may be required to acknowledge by signing for delivery. You may contact ForestONE Customer Support Team at 1700819183 or in case of any faults, defects or damage.

We will contact you before we arrange for delivery. If you are not available to receive the item/s, we will arrange for the next available delivery date, up to a maximum of three (3) attempts, thereafter additional charges may be imposed if applicable. While we envisage to deliver the products/items to the best of our capability, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages in any form, resulting from any delay in the arrival of the products/items.

In the unfortunate event, should there be any claims made against us for whatsoever reasons, the limit to our liability shall be up to the maximum amount of RM200 or the replacement cost of the similar products/items, whichever is of the lower amount.

Cancelation & Refund Policy
Cancelled purchases made via FPX or Debit/Credit cards will be refunded in Cash to the same FPX bank account or Debit/Credit Card used to make payment for the purchase within 14 working days upon the cancelation being initiated whereas cancellation of transactions are only applicable based on the conditions stipulated below:-
  1. If you are not satisfied with your products/services from merchants, you may contact the merchants directly or the outlet's cashier within the same day. Refund will be processed if the merchant agrees to cancel the transaction.
  2. If the item you receive is faulty, eg: damaged vouchers / expiry vouchers, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1700819183 or email Upon receipt of the item, we will examine and subsequently advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if approved) via email as soon as practical.,
  3. If you do not receive your purchased item within the delivery timeline, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1700819183 or We will refund or replace with another similar item if the delivery is missing or unfulfilled (eg. no stock), subject to availability of a similar item for replacement, failing which, a refund shall be initiated.
